Project Study – Working with our client, we first conduct a needs analysis to develop a thorough understanding of the organization's structure and culture. We then comprehensively define the goals and specific needs of the position.

Research – With the position clearly in mind, we scrutinize the market place to identify potential candidates and make direct contact with them on a confidential basis.

Search – Next we present the opportunity, objectives, and key responsibilities and KPI of the position to the potential candidates. Only candidates who fit the role as well as the ethos and culture of our client will be considered

Candidate Presentation – Working closely with our clients, we will submit an assessment report after we have determined candidate suitability and interests for the role.

Client Preparation and Debrief – We will assist the interview by providing you with the relevant “hot buttons”, motivational aspirations of the candidate to ensure

Offer Negotiations – At this crucial stage, we act as the mediator in your offer to the candidate. We then facilitate the acceptance and establish a start date.

Transition Assistance – We counsel the selected candidate on effective resignation and the deflecting of a possible counter offer. If relocation is required, we work with ]you and the candidate on a suitable program.

Follow up - Necessary consultation and coaching will be provided to the new incumbent during probation in an effort to help him/her adapt to the new environment. We will inform the client and make immediate replacement preparation if we sense that the new incumbent may not feel interested staying for long.
